Born To Lift
Owing to the development of small towns and cities, the demand for equipment that could lift and move heavy equipment is on rise and demand for cost effective, robust products is continuously growing. These factors, clubbed with Make in India campaign by government of India, formed the founding pillar for Hydrolift Cranes Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2016, in Khalapur, Raigad Dist., Maharashtra.
Located on Old Pune-Mumbai Highway, the company with an area of 40,000 sq.ft., has its own R &D facility, a strong team of designers, state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and industry standard processes.
The company has a quality management system with certification for ISO 9001:2015. While quality is the prime motto of the Company – health, safety and environment protection is also given equal priority.
We are one of the few crane manufacturers in the world to have a complete in-house design, manufacture and testing facility for cranes.

The CNC Plasma cutting machine is the heart of all operations. The plasma cut sheet metals conform to fine edge cutting and dimensions for accuracy. This also contributes to saving on wastage of raw material.
Shearing machine for fast cutting of sheet metals with lesser thickness and
Fabrication shop is equipped with MIG welding machines, lathes and boring for final finish of the structure. The fitting bench is capable of manufacturing sub-frames & hydraulic oil tanks for mounting the cranes on the vehicle both new and old.CNC lathes and boring machine for manufacturing high precision cylinders. Painting booth with shot blasting facility and heating oven for durability.
The assembly line is capable of carrying out the load tests, functional tests and safety tests of the cranes. The assembly line is having its own CNC tube bending machine, tube flaring and crimping machine for all sizes of tubes and hoses.This facilitates the assembly process to speed up the production and testing of the cranes
