The HEALTH & SAFETY is of top priority and strive to inculcate practice of Safe Working Culture within the Organization in order to protect injury to the people; damage to property/assets and conserve environment by use of proper PPE, tools and equipment and supervising, coaching and mentoring the employees creating awareness of safety in the workplace
The Management also ensures that all employees participate in Health and Safety Awareness Programs and are aligned to the Company’s Policy of HSE.
The following Principles shall be applied in our day-to-day working in order to succeed in our Commitment to Safety:
- The staff follow safety during working operations
- Remove or eliminate hazardous situations in order to minimise the risk to people & environment
- Monitor the health of our personnel on a regular basis to ensure the physical and mental fitness of the persons is maintained in order to perform their duties diligently
- Minimise the impact on environment through prevention of pollution, emission and disposal of waste in a manner proper for its purpose
- Care and protect the assets and property of the company, customers and suppliers in our possession
- Conduct periodic checks and audits, report and analyse all the anamolies, accidents and incidents and take corrective and preventive actions to ensure that these are not repetative.
